I have used different profiling tools, but after 4 years. Service Animals is the one I really resonate with. Getting teams to go through this will really make a positive difference in the way they interact with each other and outside of their teams. In a recent session, we had all business colleagues involved, from the very top down. It highlighted areas of real strengths and it helped surface some areas that they really needed to work together on, to avoid any risks Service Animals workshops are engaging, motivating and thought provoking. Give it a try, you most definitely won’t be dissapointed!

Thanks to our Service Animals facilitators for a really enjoyable and interactive session. It really helped us learn a lot about how we could adapt our personal styles and approaches to help us work better together. We’re still talking about our ‘animal selves’ so something must have chimed!

Just wanted to let you know, one month on from completingour Service Animals session and I’ve already noticed a difference in communication, task allocation & ‘ask’. The team really enjoyed taking part, we’ve got an interesting group – it definitely helped me understand why collective outcomes are a lot slower than I’d like without the urgency……… lots of dolphins!
